    When making a warranty request, they are very fast in responding. Respond either the same day or the very next day. Haven't had any major issues with Omega.

    We felt that the end product was good but that there were a number of mistakes or issues along the way that had to be monitored by the homeowners (and our inspector) repeatedly to make sure that we did not have any underlying or unresolved issues at the end. In addition, while we appreciated that we were given the option to have brick instead of siding on our home, it seemed like the Omega team was not prepared for what that meant in terms of changes to the exterior that the brick would require.
