We purchased our first home from Veridian Homes and were thoroughly impressed with the entire process. We first encountered the house during its development phase and decided to reach out. Scott, the salesperson listed on the sign, was very responsive. We were able to schedule an appointment with him the very next day. Scott took us to a model home, allowing us to visualize what our future home could look like. He provided insightful explanations about the construction, and we quickly moved forward with the deal. The earnest money requirement of $5,000 felt quite reasonable. We officially closed with Veridian Homes in April, and our new home was ready for move-in by the end of June. During the two-month wait, we had the pleasure of meeting our builder, Rodney, who guided us every step of the way. He consistently sent us updates and offered advice on maintaining the home, making himself available to answer all our questions and concerns throughout the process. One noteworthy aspect of Veridian Homes is the quality of materials used; our house is exceptionally well-built and affordably priced. Additionally, they took over our lease for nine months, alleviating the worry of subleasing our apartment. This flexibility significantly influenced our decision to go with Veridian. We highly recommend Veridian Homes. Whether you’re considering building a custom home or looking for one of their ready-to-move-in options, you can't go wrong with Veridian. We are very happy in our new home! The only part that we’re not fully prepared and happy with the outcome was the lawn. We were hoping to have a better start from Bruce Company, which is Veridian partner for the landscaping. We had to put a lot effort and more money to get the lawn going, and that’s the reason our quality of experience is rated at 4.
