When you walk into the Bailey, the first thing you'll notice is the large, open family room. At nearly 400 ft², the family room is well-suited for entertaining guests and enjoying company. As a final touch, we added a cathedral ceiling—making the room feel all the more spacious. Moving between the kitchen and the family room is easy, but your whole kitchen isn't on display from the family room—giving you the privacy that open floor plans sometimes take away. In lieu of a formal dining room, the Bailey has a dining area directly off the kitchen. It's convenient and spacious enough to accommodate most any dining room tables. Plus—it's right off the back patio. This means you'll have plenty of light, a nice view, and easy access if you're ever in the mood for outdoor dining. The master bedroom is on the main floor (along with the other two bedrooms), with windows that look out into the backyard. The bathroom in the master suite has a separate garden tub and shower to match your mood, and the walk-in closet is roomy enough to meet most couple's needs.
