It was not great. When we first went to look at the property, the homes were $415,000 . Two weeks later the price was now $450,000. When I ask how the price of the home risen so much in such a short time, the answer was basically greed. I have a washer plug that has no power, gouges in my door frame, and the sod looks like it was pit down by a drunken landscaper.
