    Purchasing a Veridian home was the best move we could have made as skeptic first-time home buyers. The intimidation factor of home ownership kept us renting for a long time. Having a local team available to provide hand holding and resources (owner's manual and instructions, warranties, home "orientation" walkthrough with the builder) made us much more confident in our decision. The whole process was also very smooth and simple. We closed on our home within 50 days of first seeing it.
