Our Realtor was amazing. Our main issues since closing and moving in, are with the construction or contract manager. We have several things that have not been fixed in our home since closing. We have reached out multiple times and have yet to have a response.
Overall it was a great experience. Evan was great. I took loan outside and had some issues with coordination between my loan agent and lgi homes before closing. Had to follow multiple times to have everything done within the closing date. Also there were some minor scratches and minor paint damages while moving my items in to the house and usually thought those will be covered under maintenance, but my request to fix those were rejected. In my previous experiences builder's do provide a 14 day walk through and will help fix minor damages from moving items to new home.
