My first new home in over 20 years. Nice neighborhood, selling agent, loan officer, maintenance supervisor were all helpful and pleasant to work with. Priced competitively based on comps, although our entire market is inflated. I liked the upgraded cabinets and that blinds were included. A few things I would have expected but that weren't included were outlets in living areas wired to switches, Internet outlets in bedrooms and towel racks/medicine cabinets in bathrooms
