Quality is not great. I own a Dr Horton and now a kindred home. So many corners cut on this one. Stuff we brought up on final walk through still not fixed. All the cosmetic stuff we asked to be fixed just had make up put on it and now you can see everything. All of our base boards , doors, door frames look like they were beat to crap before installed and just painted over. As two realtors living in the home, it will be very hard to sell these to clients moving forward.

Realtor was great Jessica, neighborhood project manger Jason was also great. Kindred homes needs to go with new lender though because the rates and misleading offers puts a very bad taste in people's mouths. That's why we went with different t leader. They offered such a good deal but when it actually came down to using them, alot is misleading if you don't read fine print and have dealt with home lenders before.
