Banyan Village lies about 4 miles east of Port LaBelle units 1-9, just off of State Road 80 between Wellington and Lexington Parkway and is also part of Port LaBelle. The community consists of about 3,800 lots and is still in early stages of development beginning in 2021. Featuring all brand-new construction and high-speed fiber internet.
