This open, expansive first impression is one of the things that sets the Timberwood apart. The formal dining room, family room, and breakfast nook all connect easily to the kitchen—but this isn't a "one-room" open floor plan concept. Each room maintains its own identity: the breakfast nook is set apart within a large bay window, the family room connects with the kitchen through a large countertop peninsula that's perfect for bar stools, and the formal dining room has a direct path to the kitchen (making large meals easier on everyone).
