Starting and going through the home buying process was great except for some issues I had with the new home/property during the final walk and still currently ongoing. During the final walk we noted our kitchen tile needed repair which Pacesetter said the tile person would be in touch to fix, a month later still nothing. Also something overlooked was the home sprinkler system which had two broken heads (I repaired already) and still has an underground broken pipe that spills into the sidewalk/street when running. Other than these issues, everything was great.
