Park Valley is our newest community in Stillwater close to downtown and Oklahoma State University. This community features homes that range from 1,158 sq ft to 2,136 sq ft. Home to Oklahoma State University, Stillwater was voted one of the 100 top places to live in 2010 according to CNN Money Magazine. Stillwater is noted for its diverse economy from manufacturing to advanced technology with the largest employer being the university.
