    I really enjoyed Lauren and Noel. I also was a fan of the flexibility of the CH team. I still feel like we can rely on them, even 3 months in. Where things fell a little flat was what was included in the basic level of finishes. For our price point, it felt inexpensive. And even now, for an $860K home, to have mdf shelves instead of solid wood in style cabinets wasn't what we were hoping for. That said, the quality of service was commensurate with the price point

    Overall it was a great experience building a home with Creative Homes. Everything was done to our satisfaction. The only somewhat negative thing is that we felt like adding irrigation and finishing the landscaping took longer than expected and we didn't always feel like we were very well informed of what was going to happen and when. After everything was completed, Noel did a great job of following up to check and adjust the irrigation and make sure the sod was growing well.

    Excellent quality in the workmanship. A couple of items that needed correction but creative homes was responsive and got the people in to correct the items. Could not be happier with the response of the people and the design and construction manager. Noel was excellent. Lauren, the sales person answered all questions we had.
