Early efforts have concentrated on implementing agricultural amenities, restoring the historical farmhouse site for events such as Friday at the Farm, creating the governance structure for the homeowner's association, and meticulous planning for architectural design and common areas. Middlebrook has evolved from a future vision into a tangible reality, and we are excited to present it to you! The heart of Middlebrook features an iconic centerpiece—a meticulously restored historic timber frame barn and the original farmhouse. This charming space serves as an idyllic setting for experiencing the agrihood while seamlessly connecting individuals to agriculture. Presently, Middlebrook is cultivating a diverse array of organic produce in the expansive community garden. Additionally, we've introduced a lively chicken coop that not only supplies the agrihood with farm-fresh eggs but also adds a touch of delight. Don't forget to visit the Farm Stand, open daily from 8 am to 6 pm, offering fresh seasonal produce and farm-fresh eggs, with payment options including Venmo or cash!
