The salesman didn’t have enough knowledge about details, which is ok if he was to get back to me with the information. But his guessing caused problems during the rest of the cycle. And once I was passed to the project mgr, there were no more interactions with sales. The PM was great and very knowledgeable, but felt like I was all alone due to the information I was given by the salesman, and couldn’t talk to him about it. I’m the end , Eagle made it all right, and I am thankful. It was just the process could have been a little more enjoyable.
