My experience with Eldon was amazing! From sales we worked with Alex and I as expected he was amazing on walking us through all our options and ensuring our new home is exactly what we had been dreaming of. Reece was our PM and he was also fantastic. As PMs go, Reece was great. Constant updates, fielding our weird questions, attacking risks before they became issues and being transparent about the issues we still needed to resolve post closing. The design team ( Mallory and Sophie) was really amazing. I figured we'd take forever making our selections but they guided us through it and helped us build confidence in the choices we made. Trust me that is not an easy thing to do. We probably requested far to much information before our design appointment and without hesitation they provided us with all the information we needed. Even this being our first time working with a builder, it was outstanding. There is this stigma about building new homes and the nightmares that come along with them. Wrong colors, delayed schedules, incomplete work, poor trade work. We haven't experienced any of that and the things that do come along with buying a new build have been approached immediately. I spent my entire career in sales where you build up your product to be amazing and it never fails that delivery somehow shadows that excitement but with Eldon, I did not get that feeling. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone I meet, and I have several close friends and peers who have built with others and the list of issues is much longer and far more critical. The only negative remark I can make and I will because someone will get a laugh out of this. Is the primary bathroom door on the Lindon when you have a double sink. Needs to not open into the bathroom. It cuts the sink area away from the shower in half. Not sure what solutions there are because I am sure someone would complain about a pocket door, and no door is not an option. Thank you for the wonderful experience and changing the stigma around working with builders and buying a new build. Cheers!

This was my first time purchasing a brand new home. It was already built, so I did not take part in the design process and there were a few things I would have done differently if I had. That said, I'm very happy with my home and my experience.
