The sales, pre contract, experience was fantastic. All questions fully answered and absolutely no pressure to buy. The Design studio process was great. Megan really helped us with our interior selections. The construction process was above average. The PM was very responsive and followed up well. If I had a deeper understanding of the process, and I could have asked, the construction process could have been less stressful for me. As an example, I had no idea how many times the painters would visit the house and therefore I would not have stressed over painting quality very early in the construction process.
