I think the sales process was great with the exception of telling us about upgrades that were available (paint) and not providing enough of a selection of faucets/fixtures, appliances, etc. as previously stated. Joe and the project management team were great to work with as is David (post close issues). To reiterate, the largest concern was the paint and trim work throughout the entire house. Both flat and semi-gloss paint was used in the bathrooms, several spots on walls needed to be touched up, much of the molding had dents or was patched but not painted.
As I said on prior page, in addition to the quality and workmanship on the home, what made this process enjoyable was the terrific support from Brandy and Joe.
