    There was some bumps in the beginning of the process that almost made us back out. My wife and I had to really pray hard.

    My experience have been a positive one thus far but I’m hoping there’s a lot more improvement to the community in the near future.

    Items displayed in the model home were not the same as the purchased home as in the stove and the hand railing, it stated “upgraded items” only find these are basic. And the lack of care in some of the finished floors a very noisy as if loose, drywall and corners subpar finishing, cabinets separating from the wall, and trim work releasing from the wall, trim at stairs And only after 3 months of living here the carpet has already developed wear patterns with only a single occupant. HOA management is not on site, and the amount of dog ^%$* from the residents dogs is out of hand and telling ME to put up a “small” sign. Felling now as if I was misled, just hope I can recoup something when I decide to sell.
