    Kitchen faucet not retracting or connecting at top Shower drain is not attached. Silicon around sink and leaks Easter into underneath cabinet. Window closest to bedroom doesn’t close as should Guest room door doesn’t close correctly Back splash is cracked next to outlet. Ceiling has a line from ceiling joist sagging.

    It was ok buying experience but after moving in you notice all the builder flaws of a brand new house. They ignored some of my inspectors comments and recommendations. They acted like the inspector was wrong, once I moved in I found the errors annotated by my inspector. Trash in a tub drain. Clogged a/c duct with insulation. Pretty disappointed in the quality control
