A big plus is having customization options. We could choose flooring, siding, fixtures, cabinets, etc. Satisfied with the building material quality. Watching the building process was also fun. Very impressed with the closing process from the very beginning of the loan application to the final closing stage.

I don’t like the fact warranties are not follow correctly and I have to accommodate to the repairs date . I can’t afford to lose that much work time as I have multiple issues with different contractors.
