We loved our experience building our home with Veridian. Our New Home Specialist, Trey, and Personal Builder, Bill, were incredible during every step of this process. They went above and beyond to always answer our questions in a timely manner and provided great information for a first time home buyer.
Veridian homes itself does a quality job. The contractors they pick up to do the work, however, leaves a few things to be desired. Multiple calls to fix the same issue, blotching wall paint, and broken or missing minor inconveniences. I do not expect them to be perfect, but I expect things to be done right. They have been very responsive in terms of getting things remedied but the inconvenience it causes me to have to make the requests. Quality assurance needs some work after the home is said to be complete, and ready for the buyer to move in.
Veridian homes is the only way to go. You are able to build your dream home and make all personal selections with the guidance and support of the veridian home team.
