The design of Hiddenview is not only in the buildings themselves, but in the environment they are set. Too often homes are designed without thought of how humans interact with the spaces around them. The nine cottages and six homes at Hiddenview are designed not only to have well-functioning floor plans but are deigned to be the building blocks to a healthy community that shares open spaces. The site plan gives residents the privacy of being tucked away off of an active roadway with the ability to have a close community of neighbors that share a common green space and gardens. An HOA maintains the front yard landscaping and greenspace allowing for low-maintance by the homeowners.
