The nine cottages and six homes at Hiddenview are designed not only to have well-functioning floor plans but are deigned to be the building blocks to a healthy community that shares open spaces. The site plan gives residents the privacy of being tucked away off of an active roadway with the ability to have a close community of neighbors that share a common green space and gardens. An HOA maintains the front yard landscaping and greenspace allowing for low-maintance by the homeowners.
