Fantastic. The entire team was a pleasure to deal with. They responded to every question we asked and made the purchase a true joy.

Overall, my wife and I were happy with our experience. We purchased a move in ready home. During our walk through,we were told that the house had been throughly checked. However, thay was not the case. There were some minor things, which happens. The bigger issue was that there was a big water stain on the ceiling in the media room upstairs. My wife and I both believed to be a water leak, but we were assured it was an old stain and it was nothing major. They re painted the ceiling and seemed like everything was good, until about a month later. During a week of rain, the water came into the house, from the same exact spot. Leaking onto the carpet. We put a bucket down, but the ceiling was leaking bad. I called Jason immediately he quickly went to work. We had roofers come out about 24-48 hors later, due to the holiday. Sure enough, the room vent cap was never sealed, allowing the water to enter through the roof. I still am not sure how much water damage was done to the support structures inside rhe room, and for how long it was leaking, but I have a concern. Once the roof was fixed, they replaced the insulation (where the leak was from), redid the sheet rock and painted.. That moment, was very frustrating because knowing my wife and I saw it on move in day, and were "assured" it was old, and then to physically see it happening in front of us, left us to believe there were other flaws and issues just waitng to find. Not a great feeling as a new home owner.
