    Very nice quality built home. Great designs in the floor plans, and generous standard features. Sale office representative lady, Cheryl, was great in our encounters and extremely helpful. We closes escrow in 30 days without any problem.

    I have been in my home for over a month now and overall i like it , it is open, has natural light all day long, the smart water heater is really good . I'm still trying to figure out the security system , l love the location, it is quiet , and close to the mall and stores, its close to the american river trail Other things that i like nice open plan, good natural light in all rooms, good lay out of bedrooms- the masterbed room being away from the other 2 bedrooms, its a start home, solar provided and paid for by Elliott , french drains and irrigation come installed . Thank you Elliott . things that can be improved upon 1, using copper pipes for HVAC instead of aluminum - as the hvac unit has a copper pipe and it is difficult to weld copper with aluminum-as both have different melting/heating temperatures , there is already a leakage at the joint - which was noticed on the 30 day walk through We have been dealing with the same problem at my daughter s house for 4 years now ( different builder ) I am not sure how much money the builder saves by using aluminum pipes ! 2 there is a gap between the floor and the walls - and at one place in the hallway it is pretty big and very noticeable - like Chris who did the initial walk through , and Joe who did the 30 day walk through - there 's a valley Its just poor quality of work - tiling i guess , A trim all around would have been nice 3, there is a big hole -behind the tub - again a tiling /plumbing problem , There is no way the guys who installed the tub would not have noticed it . Where they hoping i wouldn't find it because it is hidden behind the tub , And they were correct, the only reason i found it was when i was on my knees water sealing the grout ! 4 One of the fan switches was not functioning at the initial walk through ( before closing) It was'nt fixed., I pointed it out at the 30 day walk through -Joe fiddled with it and fixed it - but it wasnt , I had to go online and put in a service request - and finally Mario sent an Electrician who changed the switch , he did point out the fans move slower than normal fans just FYI - the roof was not inspected during the 30 day walk through but was mentioned on the review paper , when I mentioned it to Joe , he said it will be done during the 1 year walk through # the sliders are not working right, there is dirt behind the sliders which is impossible to reach , there was a lot of gravel and dirt in the slider slot - railing - i took out a lot but still not clean T he tiles guys are coming in tomorrow to fix the gap behind the tub, look at the "valley in the hallway" and fix the sliders I can only hope they do a good job # It is difficult to reach Mario - he does not call back even if i leave a msg on his answering machine, and he does not reply to text messages, i wish he was easily reachable # I wish I was given an option to not get the lawn in the front yard - I remember mentioning it to Cheryl while the home was still under construction but she said it was not possible , so i got the lawn that i did not want ,and had to pay to get the sod removed and put in soil and mulch - What a wastage , Lawn in water starved Sacramento definitely not the right way to go. I can live with the other things ,but the HVAC situation is one I wish i didn't have to deal with, I know it is covered for 10 years but why should i have to deal with leakages and monitor for leakages - FOR EVER - I wish Mr Elliott switches to good old copper pipes for future homes or finds a HVAC unit with aluminum pipe !
