    Very happy with the level of customer service and follow up by everyone involved with the purchase process. Being an out of state buyer it was a relief knowing the situation was being handled and I was kept informed every step.

    I had a good experience for the most part, but I wished I would have at least allowed the chance to select the paint color of my home if nothing else. My garage door color is extremely dark and now I have to invest time and money on that. I also would have wished that my house came with all the upgrades that other homes have. The houses built after mine all have vinyl plank flooring and while mine does not. They also have a nice selection of tile in the bathrooms. For the price we paid, it would have been fair to have that as well instead of generic tile all throughout my home. I think QC also missed a lot of details that would have made the home more prepared for move in.
