Home had some cosmetic issues with tile, but overall pretty good experience. The responsiveness has been great!

The buying process was overall good with weekly updates on the home's build progress. I would have liked a little more flexibility in configuring the home. We requested two changes (grand shower instead of garden tub and office instead of dining room) just after the foundation was poured and there was no flexibility in changing these items. I can partially understand the shower due to plumbing being in the foundation, but the office would have been very possible at that time.
