    There were aspects of our home buying process that were great. Emily at the design center was fantastic and made that process super easy. Alex, the assistant project manager, was as helpful as possible, but Eric, our lead project manager, essentially stopped communicating with us. It seemed that he was most concerned with meeting our close deadline versus managing the creation of a great product. Unfortunately, we have been disappointed in the project management of our new build, as evidenced by the large amount of issues that were left unaddressed at move on and have continued to appear over the past 90 days. There was an extreme lack of attention to detail resulting on multiple nail pops, inconsistent completion of our iron stair rings, areas of our plank flooring that don't connect, and rust appearing on our bathroom vanity lights. We never got to pick our counter top slab - it just appeared on our house without our input. We were under the impression that'd we'd go to the stone yard, but then were never directed otherwise or informed that it wouldn't be the case. This is the 2nd home build I've been a part of, and for $850k+, I'd expect better quality and attention to detail than we received. We didn't have anywhere near the amount of issues with our first home build as we've encountered in this home already and the price wasn't even half what we paid for this. While I'd love to recommend Eagle, and there were parts that were positive, the overall experience of quality and build project management was just incredibly disappointing.
