Builder is not accessible and not resolving the issues reported before closing and with in two weeks after closing. It’s been more than a month and still my issues are not resolved. He don’t respond to phone, text or email. He will text only if he wants some information and won’t respond to any questions that I ask. No one takes the responsibility to fix the issue.
