    I only went out of curiosity to check out the community to see how far it was from where I was living previously because I needed to stay close to that area. I didn’t consider moving in that direction because I didn’t know the community even existed as there isn’t much out this way. So I really did not come to LGI with the intention of buying and I certainly didn’t want to spend this much on a home but Brittany was a super sales person. She showed me a couple of different models, took me back to the office, took some info from me and calculated a mortgage payment based on info I provided. I was almost in disbelief. Between the incentives that were offered and a good credit score, I was completely surprised that the mortgage payment was as doable as what was presented to me. I was sold right then and there. Everything else just fell into place nicely. For the most part the process was smooth, employees professional and responsive to questions/concerns, I’m happy with my home and have not had to resort to the “Buyer’s Remorse” pills provided to me earlier in the process. 🤣🤣

    Corner cutting. My house isn’t fully insulated and I’ve had plenty of issues trying to get all of that scheduled and resolved. You sodded ONLY half of my hard. Then proceeded to fully sod all the vacant homes near me. You fixed basically none of my issues on the blue tape. I still have crooked knobs and strange gabs in my trim on all the cabinetry. I can’t get a fully sodded lawn when I paid more than basically everyone in the neighborhood? Y’all halfassed my blue tape? Whatever, glad y’all got your $312k.
