    Poor design, have a third party managing warranties (PROHOME) and what they do is send the msg to pacesetter team and 90% they denied or just don't think it is important or need it... and prohome just pass the word they are smart having a 3rd party involved that way it looks is not pacesetter responsibility on doing the repairs and if you get a approval it takes a few weeks to be repaired (inefficient team) what's important for the costumer is unimportant for the repair team... shortcuts everywhere not a proper supervision while the house was under construction lots of things that needs to addressed before closing... sales department is great but after closing everything is on you

    Our experience purchasing the home was great. Joe was very helpful in answering questions and working appropriately with our realtor throughout the process. Our issues have been with Pacesetter’s warranty team, Pro Home. We had an immediate plumbing/flooding emergency issue in our master bathroom the day after closing on the first night we had moved into our home due to workers/cleaning crews putting paper towels in our plumbing during the building process. Over a month later, the cosmetic issues have still not been resolved. We have had to follow up frequently with our Pro Home contact due to lack of communication or a timeline as to when work will be done, and have often gone days without receiving a reply. The warranty issues have caused us to have a frustrating experience with a brand new home we purchased and would make us hesitate to recommend a Pacesetter home to others.
