    Experience during the process of buying the house was really nice. If was after, a lot of the things we asked to get fixed were not done.

    Our experience purchasing the home was great. Joe was very helpful in answering questions and working appropriately with our realtor throughout the process. Our issues have been with Pacesetter’s warranty team, Pro Home. We had an immediate plumbing/flooding emergency issue in our master bathroom the day after closing on the first night we had moved into our home due to workers/cleaning crews putting paper towels in our plumbing during the building process. Over a month later, the cosmetic issues have still not been resolved. We have had to follow up frequently with our Pro Home contact due to lack of communication or a timeline as to when work will be done, and have often gone days without receiving a reply. The warranty issues have caused us to have a frustrating experience with a brand new home we purchased and would make us hesitate to recommend a Pacesetter home to others.

    sales experience was great, our contact was always available and responsive. construction experience was bad, the quality of work is extremely subpar. the project manager did not seem to be overseeing the contract worker teams well. there were a lot of missed/wrong installs and the cosmetic work is terrible.
