    Evan was lovely to work with from beginning to end and answered our questions promptly. My house has some issues that need to be addressed. The floor bounces. There are several settling cracks. There is sloppy painting on the floor near the island. Nothing was sanded and cleaned before painting like door jambs, baseboards, sills. Disappointing for sure. There are some great things about the home and I am not unhappy but the craftsmanship in the home is not the same as the model.
