Covington Cove by Stone Martin Builders

When we were looking for a home, we had no idea we were gonna be blessed with such awesome people. Renee is a heaven cent person. She walked us through everything. And made sure that we were happy with the Holm that we were in William who works for Stone Martin made sure we were happy with the details inside our house. We didn’t feel rushed when it came to the inspection. He let us take your time and they fix everything that we asked for no doubt Stone Martin has been such a breeze and if we ever buy another house, Stone Martin is for sure the ones we will go to.

I am very happy with our new home. However the details and finishing work is lacking. For a new home I expected more attention to detail and there are many minor details overlooked. They have changed smoke detectors used in new houses being built and instead of changing our out they have done nothing. We have at least 2 bad ones. Also the sprinklers and landscaping are not great. They have since changed contractors. I feel they should redo the previous honed because there are many many many uneven spots and big potholes in our grass. My husband has balance issues and has fallen on our yard. It is a hazard. When I asked about it I was told it's not covered under warranty. That may be true but what about good faith? If Stone Martin felt the other contractor did not do a good job and replaced them then they should make it right with the houses previously built. We have only just moved in but the house was built several months previous.

Buying our home and working with Stone Martin has been a great experience. The home is gorgeous and we absolutely love it. The builder is so helpful, and even after being in the home they are still extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. Will and Renee are the best!
