Need to put electric outlet above fireplace, it’s an obvious place for a tv. Now I have to hire an electrician to run an outlet. Very minimal cost to add during construction compared to what I’m going to have to pay now. It would also be nice to pave a walkway on at least one side of the house so I don’t have to drag a lawnmower through gravel.

I'm having some issues with the door hinges, some screws missing and one hinge tearing out of the frame. Some missing grout and bulging floor tiles. In the master bathroom there is spashed grout on the ceiling and floor pan. Other than that I am happy with the home and would recommend it,but please keep a closser eye on your contractors.
