I have been a licensed general contractor for almost 40 years. My initial thoughts on the house that we purchased was that there weren't really anything that I would change. I do feel that there are areas where Stone Martin could improve their product even more by holding subs to a higher standard. Having the tile contractor use grout with the sealer already mixed in. Attention to detail from all subs. My wife and I are excited to be part of the Clift Farms sub division. Steve has been a great help throughout the process.
