    Very low pressure and low stress build/buy experience. The process allows you to see as little or as much as you wish as your home is built, but shields you from the usual complexities of building and managing the money draws. So finance management is made simple, with affordable and scalable designs, building plans are well thought out with modern conveniences in mind, highly efficient for space and energy utilization, and solid support after closing.

    Great job! We’ve been in the home for just over a month now and are loving it. The upgrades in the red line are wonderful. We had an issue with the fireplace electrical wiring but it was quickly fixed and thoroughly explained. Including a fence would be a great Taber touch, I believe they’ve started doing it in another development. We love the included in-ground tornado shelter and used it last night due to the storms. We had plenty of room for the five of us, the kids all napped on the floor! The customer service has been outstanding without exception.
