    The build quality of the house is very poor. Several cracks, bolt marks and drywall lines start showing within 60days of closing. Working with the preferred lender was also a very tiring experience. No available escalation path provided when asked about it. Issues with gas leakage and overall poor worksmanship.

    The home buying experience was not upto the expectations, mostly because of the lack of responsiveness from the Stanley Martin owned lending company. Closing the house on time was a hassle and got delayed multiple times. Also found quality issues that once found were fixed promptly but as a first time home buyer, I am not very happy with the overall experience.
