Some communication was lacking on certain questions we had. I think we were given the short end of the stick due to some complications that should have been addressed way earlier rather than after closing.
Very happy with our home, the community and the SM team!
The build quality of the house is very poor. Several cracks, bolt marks and drywall lines start showing within 60days of closing. Working with the preferred lender was also a very tiring experience. No available escalation path provided when asked about it. Issues with gas leakage and overall poor worksmanship.
