I appreciated the professionalism of the people. Excellent communication. Loved the design center and the ability to truly personalize your home. Certain things seemed a bit expensive but having options and choice was nice. Joni, Danielle, Joe and Rob were awesome! Loved working with all of them. Quality home. Very happy with our new home. Can’t wait to see it all finished; with a driveway, yard, landscaping, and patio.

The team was not only professional but genuinely invested in making sure I was happy with the final product. Even after the sale, they continued to follow up to ensure everything was as it should be, which showed me that they truly care about their clients. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my new home. Creative Homes delivered a product that met my expectations in terms of both design and quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a customizable, high-quality home. They truly make you feel part of the process, and despite a few bumps, I’m grateful for their dedication and professionalism.

The house was finished with rush. Tons of mistakes. I paid more than $ 1M and what I see is a house with bunks of unprofessional works. Broken, bend corner woods Dirty marks are left in the walls, doors. ( we used blue tapes to mark all the mistake, wish it could be redone before closing, but they done nothing and just removed those tapes) Rough walls corner In law suite door, couple carpet nails are still up ( my mom did step on it painfully, that was how we knew it was there) Unprofessional paint job Bad quality toilet Wood floor gap Uneven cut base walls Bad quality bathroom cabinets except master room It’s not worth it with what I paid for. Living in the house that I’m not happy about.
