The price of the home was perfect, but the overall build quality has been disappointing. We were rushed to close, yet many issues remained unresolved. Now, I’m having to deal with warranty repairs, which require me to take time off work—an added inconvenience. One of my biggest frustrations is the interior paint. The drywall is still visible in several areas, and there are noticeable patches throughout the house. I reached out to warranty services, but instead of properly repainting the entire space, they’re only addressing individual patches. By now, I’ve already moved in and set up my belongings, making a full repaint even more challenging. I can’t shake the feeling that the process was rushed, and I really wish these issues had been taken care of before closing.
