The overall buying process was very fast and smooth.
The sales manager and the Engineer (builder) was very responsive and approachable. They were very patient in answering our questions and concerns. However, I was not very impressed with the overall quality of the construction, especially the finishes in the garage and the cleanliness of the house at the time of final inspection.
Absolutely terrifying quality of home at closing. Several sessions of blue taping and even then, some of the problems were never properly addressed. The new construction manager however, is doing a fantastic job and is very responsive. The handoff process from the first construction manager to the second was not smooth at all, it was chaotic not at the fault of the manager but at how the previous left all the work, and now our third, our best one yet is tackling the issues down the list for us. All the ratings below will go to the current construction manager, Vincent.
