Even though we didn’t make any of the selections for the home, we were absolutely thrilled with the overall build and quality. The Sutton floorplan is thoughtfully designed, making every inch of space usable. We love the wide open foyer, centrally located laundry room, drop zone, walk-in pantry, massive kitchen, and open living/dining areas—these were just some of the reasons we fell in love with this home. Robuck made our decision a breeze, and we were truly impressed with their commitment to quality. The 10-year warranty was an unexpected bonus that gives us great peace of mind, knowing they stand behind their work. All of our concerns, which were few and very minor, were addressed both before and after closing. Stopping by the sales office on a whim turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made, and we are so happy have such a beautiful house that we can call our home.
