Clayton was very responsive and helpful with the walk through and addressing issues that needed to be corrected. Over the home really appears to have been completed by amateur subcontractors. The finish work is extremely sloppy and shows no care was taken. The paint is erratic and there were drops every where and paint on the cabinets. The drywall was poorly done and you can see multiple places where there are screws showing or patches poorly feathered in. The plumbing in one bathroom has been cleaned out twice already due to blockages with foreign objects, not normal buildup. There is also damaged paint on the exterior where the painter repeatedly placed there ladder all along an entire side of the house. There is also a large amenities of debris in The the lawn and multiple oil stains in the street just off the driveway.

No problem with the house so far. Experience was good

Cheap build out, especially inside. The AC company that installed the AC thermostat need to go back to HAVAC school. They installed the thermostat next to the garage door with no overhead return or vents. The garage is over 110degree hot during the day which cause the heat to penetrate the door area where the thermostat installed. While the house inside might feels 78degree, where the thermostat sit is always in low to mid 80 degrees, causing the AC to run all day. This is causing my electric bills to Sky rocket I guess your AC company look for an easy way out to get their work done and move on. Now the home owners have to deal with this incompetence.
