Aspen Construction has been building customs homes in Eastern Oregon for over 20 years.  Additionally we do kitchen remodels, bath remodels, tile and finish work.  We have a broad range of experience.  We have many floor plans to choose from, or we can customize a plan specific to your needs.  Quality is always our number one priority.

Aspen Heights is located in Athena, OR. The development will have 27 lots with great views of the foothills. Lot sizes will start at 8,000 SF and go up from there. We have some pre-priced homes listed, but can build any custom plan. Athena is a wonderful town to live in with great schools. It is an easy drive to Pendleton, Walla Walla, and the Tri-cities. All homes will be stick-built on site.
