The Ann Arbor Community Land Trust is a new nonprofit developer and community-led organization. We're on a mission to give critical employees a chance to live near work and benefit from lower commuting costs, more free time, and stronger social ties. Every community member is invited to join A2CLT so we can BUILD THE HOMES WE NEED! Eligible buyers will purchase homes at below-market rates directly from A2CLT and pass on that savings when they sell, ensuring homes for future generations of critical employees. Check the qualifying income chart in the photo roll or A2CLT.org for more details. No down payment or mortgage insurance is required for A2CLT mortgages. Eligible buyers include those who income-qualify and work in the City of Ann Arbor for one of these anchor institutions (in person, for at least 12 months): City, County, State, or Federal agencies, the University of Michigan or Michigan Medicine, the VA Hospital, Ann Arbor Public Schools, District Library, Police Department, or Fire Department, AAATA, U.S. Postal Service, or in Early Childhood/Child Care positions. Note: The community dot reflects the city or town in which there are scattered lots. The homes are not confined to a specific community location.
