We had an extremely pleasant experience with Veridian Homes, from when we first put in an inquiry through their website, throughout the design & construction process and on through our moving in. Nick was very pleasant and knowledgeable, helping us to quickly decide upon new construction rather than a move in ready home. He then helped run through home plan options with us, to narrow down to a few plans and available neighborhood options. As we narrowed things down, Nick continued to provide a high level of service, running through sets of different plans/customizations until we came to our final decision on the home plan and base option set. Finally, Nick helped us work through back-up options/alternatives as we waited to hear back on locations that we were in a backup position on, which kept us upbeat as our initial options fell through & resulted in us being positioned to lock in on our perfect lot once it became available. Nick put us in an excellent position as we seamlessly moved into the design phase, where Lindsay quickly made us comfortable with an otherwise overwhelming set of choices. While the general choices we made with Nick put us in a position where we had no price surprises as we made our selections, Lindsay really helped us get a good feel for the different options & helped us come out of the process with options that really represents us and what we pictured, which we have received countless compliments on. Lindsay also helped us get a good feel on things that we pivoted on after our initial selection process, ensuring that it all came together as desired. As we moved into the actual construction phase, Andy really made us feel like we were part of the process. From frequent updates & noting milestones, to walking through details & the importance of different points of the construction/process (including the relevance of different steps), and finally to answering many seemingly basic questions from us as people that have not worked through the new home construction process before ... Andy made us feel comfortable & important/valued throughout the entirety of the process. Finally, as we approached our closing & beyond, Claudia was very quick to respond to questions/concerns and bringing us together with the other parties we needed to interact with in our escrow period. Claudia ensured that we knew what to expect, were never surprised and felt comfortable with where everything stood in a period where there was a good deal of items left due to the winter build. Overall, we cannot think of much of anything that we would have expected to go better throughout the entirety of the process and are extremely pleased with the level of service we received from our team at Veridian as they helped us design & build a house that, from the neighborhood to the home itself, to the view from our screen porch - has exceeded what we thought it would be when we began the process!

Veridian was excellent in responding to our needs and designing our home. Service after building completed on warranty items has continued to be excellent.
