    My wife and I had a positive experience with Veridian as our semi-custom home builder. The process was smooth - while the quick pace of the selections process was a bit overwhelming, the Veridian team was easy to approach and communicative. Our new home consultant Adam was transparent and clear in guiding us through the initial steps to select our site. Sarah, our designer, helped us get through all our design options in the design studio and was very quick to turn around any requested revisions. Both Adam and Sarah made sure we were consistently updated on revised pricing through the process. Our personal builder Chad communicated clearly and paid good attention to detail during our walkthroughs - we appreciated all the tips and tricks he shared! The team was patient and always available to answer our questions.

    I had a fantastic experience with everyone I worked with. I’m a first-time home buyer, so I had lots of very basic “how does X work” questions, and everyone was very responsive, helpful, and patient throughout. They made the build process really fun and exciting and made me feel that I had a strong grasp of what to expect, so it was also pretty stress-free for me, which is awesome. I would definitely recommend Veridian to anyone else looking to buy or build a house in the Madison area, and I’d certainly love to work with them again.
