We offer 12, 13, and 14 month lease terms with no rent rate increase for shorter lease periods. Our apartments are unfurnished, pet-friendly, and have no restrictions on height, weight, or breed. We allow up to 2 pets per household.
Utilities & Services:
Water, Trash, & Pest Control: Billed by a third-party and due with rent.
Electricity: Set up with Austin Energy.
Cable & Internet: Choose between AT&T or Spectrum.
Parking: Free, no additional fees.
Fee Structure:
Application Fee: $75 per applicant
Administration Fee: $150 (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: $300-$500 (refundable, based on lease terms and apartment condition at move-out)
Pet Fee: $250 per pet (non-refundable)
Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet
Monthly Utility Billing Fee: $10 for trash, $15 for pest control. Water/sewage fees depend on household size and usage.
