     Property

    It is in very good condition and the price is comparable to all other rental units with same number of bedrooms and baths.
It has plenty of storage area and an assigned parking spot.
We really liked this property

     Management

    They are an older couple and we enjoyed meeting and talking to them. They had their property in very good condition.
