Property
This property has not been cared for. The carpet is so old and matted, there are large stains and holes. We were informed that the carpet just gets cleaned not replaced. The porch and screen enclosure also hasn’t been maintained in sometime. The walls are stained and has been beaten up, we were informed they just touch up areas, that repainting is entirely too expensive. This unit is in a great area, a great price but not for the quality.
Management
The property manager was nice, just alarmed that she wasn’t sure how old the carpet was and stated that it’s too expensive to have the place properly cared for.
