With the property being available now in Spring 2025, we will want a lease to run at least into Summer 2026. We collect "first month's rent" (pro-rated if moving in mid-month), "last month's rent," and a refundable security deposit that is the equivalent of a month's rent. Tenants are required to have "renter's" insurance. Electric power bill is placed in tenants name (mandatory). HOA provides free wi-fi, but tenants may want their own internet account. Water/sewer/garbage collection, snow removal for the complex, and landscaping for the complex are all included with rent. The property is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
